Handcrafted from 80% organic shea butter and 20% coconut oil — shea butter leads this formula, with coconut oil playing a supporting role to lift the lather without compromising the intensive moisture. Formulated at 5% superfat so every wash deposits a nourishing layer of free oils on your skin rather than stripping it bare.

Your Skin Type
Dry, sensitive, or eczema-prone skin that still wants a satisfying lather. The middle ground between our pure Shea Butter soap and our coconut-forward formulas — deeply nourishing, but with enough foam to feel like a proper wash.
If the pure shea soap felt too gentle and the coconut soaps felt too cleansing — this is your formula.

The Scent
Naturally unscented. A faint warm nuttiness from the shea — subtle, natural and gone entirely after rinsing. It will never compete with your fragrance.

Face — 1–2 drops on damp skin, massage gently, rinse, pat dry

Questions
How is this different from the pure Shea Butter soap?
The pure shea formula is our most gentle — minimal lather, maximum nourishment. This one adds 20% coconut oil for a richer, more satisfying foam while keeping shea butter as the dominant ingredient.
Is it safe for eczema or very sensitive skin?
Yes — shea butter’s anti-inflammatory properties make this well-suited for reactive skin. No fragrance, no essential oils. Patch test recommended for severe conditions.
What does 5% superfat mean?
5% of the oils are left unsaponified — they remain on your skin after rinsing as free oils, adding a layer of nourishment without any greasy feeling.
Are lye ingredients safe?
Yes. Both KOH and NaOH are fully consumed during saponification. What remains are the gentle, skin-safe salts of the original oils — nothing else.
Why does it look slightly cloudy?
Cloudiness is natural in preservative-free castile soap — a sign of purity, not a defect.
Shelf life?
12–18 months in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
