Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches. If your item is made to order, please allow approximately 7 days for your batch to be crafted before dispatch. You can still place your order even when a variant shows as out of stock — we will make it fresh for you.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Estonia (Domestic) — 2–4 business days
• European Union — 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom — 7–12 business days
• United States & Canada — 10–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand — 12–20 business days
• Israel — 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount — displayed at checkout.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

All orders include full tracking information, sent to your email address once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at aromatictreasures.staff@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
