Read this guide alongside the ingredients, warnings and directions supplied with your product. Natural ingredients can cause irritation or allergic reactions, and no product is suitable for everyone.
Before Use
Check the ingredient and allergen information for your chosen product. Do not use it if it contains an ingredient to which you have a known allergy. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, known fragrance allergy or concerns about suitability, ask a qualified healthcare professional before use.
A home spot test cannot establish that a product is safe for you or rule out a later reaction.
Using Liquid Soap
Apply a small amount to wet hands or body, work into a lather and rinse thoroughly. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin. For external use only. Do not swallow.
Stop using if irritation occurs. These are rinse-off cleansers, not treatments for skin conditions.
Using Perfume Oil
Apply a small amount to intact skin at your preferred pulse points and allow it to absorb. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and broken, irritated or sunburned skin. For external use only. Do not swallow.
Follow the directions supplied with your bottle. Do not add undiluted essential oils to the finished perfume or use it on pets.
Storage & Product Condition
Keep bottles closed between uses and store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Follow the date and storage information supplied with your finished product. Do not add water to your soap bottle.
Cloudiness alone does not establish purity or safety. If you notice an unexpected change in smell, texture or appearance, stop using the product and contact us before using it again.
Children & Pets
Keep all products out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse. Do not assume that an adult cosmetic product is appropriate for a child. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about products for babies or children, and a veterinarian about animal exposure.
When to Stop & Seek Help
Stop using the product if redness, itching, burning, swelling or another unexpected reaction occurs. Seek medical advice for persistent or concerning symptoms.
Difficulty breathing or swelling of the lips, tongue or throat requires immediate emergency medical attention. If a product is swallowed, contact your local poison information service or seek medical advice promptly; keep the packaging available.
If product enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
