Made-to-order items: Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches. If your item is made to order, please allow approximately 7 additional days for your batch to be crafted before dispatch. You can still place your order even when a variant shows as out of stock — we will make it fresh for you.

Questions
Is it truly fragrance-free?
Yes. The only scent is the natural, very mild olive aroma — it fades completely after rinsing.
Can I use it on my baby's skin?
Yes — it's one of the safest options in our range. No fragrance, no essential oils, no common irritants. Patch test recommended for very sensitive or newborn skin.
Why does it lather less than other soaps?
Olive oil is low in saturated fats, which means less foam — but foam isn't what cleans. The cleansing action comes from the soap salts, not the bubbles. The lather is gentle and creamy, not absent.
What does 5% superfat mean?
5% of the oils are left unsaponified — they remain on your skin after rinsing as free oils, adding a layer of nourishment without any greasy feeling.
Are lye ingredients safe?
Yes. Both KOH and NaOH are fully consumed during saponification. What remains are the gentle, skin-safe salts of the original oils — nothing else.
Shelf life?
12–18 months in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
