Packaging
Every order is carefully packed in a kraft paper bubble mailer — EU-made and recyclable — with bubble wrap inside to protect your items against impact and damage during transit. We choose packaging that is practical, protective, and as low-waste as possible, in keeping with our commitment to sustainability.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your Omniva tracking link once your order has shipped.
Made-to-order items: Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches. If your item is made to order, please allow approximately 7 additional days for your batch to be crafted before dispatch. You can still place your order even when a variant shows as out of stock — we will make it fresh for you.

Tracking
All orders are shipped via Omniva and include full end-to-end tracking. Your tracking link will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
