Safe Use Guide
Comprehensive guide to safe use of Aromatic Treasures liquid soaps and essential oil perfumes, including product variants, application methods, patch testing, storage, allergen information, gc/ms reports and when to discontinue use.
At Aromatic Treasures, we believe that natural should also mean safe. This guide helps you get the most from our products while caring for your skin and wellbeing.
Our Products
We craft two core product lines:
- Liquid Soaps — plant-based Castile liquid soaps in seven variants: Pure Olive Oil, Pure Coconut Oil, Pure Shea Butter, Olive Oil + Coconut Oil, Olive Oil + Shea Butter, Coconut Oil + Shea Butter, and Olive Oil + Coconut Oil + Shea Butter. All variants are formulated at 5% superfat — meaning 5% of the oils remain unsaponified and stay on your skin after rinsing for extra nourishment.
- Essential Oil Perfumes — alcohol-free, skin-safe blends of Frankincense, Myrrh & Cedarwood in jojoba or sweet almond oil (roll-on and dropper formats) with optional Vanilla and Sandalwood additions.

About our soap-making process
All our soaps are made using a dual-lye process — both KOH and NaOH are used during saponification. Both are fully consumed in the chemical reaction and are not present in the finished product.

Essential Oil Perfumes — Safe Use
How to use (Roll-On)
- Apply directly to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind ears, inner elbows
- Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sunburned skin
How to use (Dropper)
- Place 1–2 drops onto fingertips and gently press onto pulse points
- Avoid rubbing vigorously — this breaks down the scent molecules
